Return Process

  Log into your JP Gaming account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure full credit and avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
